Located in Tallahassee Florida, Dave Bigoney of Blink provides computer and adaptive software training to blind/low vision individuals in Florida, Georgia and surrounding areas. Blink provides in home computer assessments, repairs (minor) and training to utilize the computer with the aid of adaptive software such as screen readers, magnification programs and voice recognition. Additionally, Blink specializes in web site compliance and usability. More specifically; evaluating, testing and making recommendations for web sites to be ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Section 508/W3C compliant for people with disabilities as well as making web sites usable for all individuals.
